**Position Summary**:
**This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.**

MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified **Deputy Program Manager** to support a large scale Rotary Wing Aviation Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The DPM will manage all personnel comprised of MAG Aerospace employees, Third Country National (TCN) contractors and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Host Nation personnel concerning oversight to different aviation locations throughout KSA.

This position will mainly operate and reside at our MAG Aerospace Program Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia while rotating with the Program Manager on a to be determined future time-line.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Continual/Daily support to the PM
- Overall management to MAG Aerospace's contract performance by assuring the execution to the operations plan
- Logistics
- Cost management to include resource planning, cost estimating, budgeting and cost control activities
- Scheduling
- Execute project plans and conduct integrated change control activities
- Regulations/guideline assurance (ITAR, FAR etc)
- Evaluation of employees
- Liaison with High Level US and KSA Government officials
- Liaison with MAG Aerospace site leads
- Managing subcontractors, TCNs and KSA personnel
- Conduct in depth program management reviews with High Level US and KSA Government officials

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**

**Experience**:

- 5 years of experience as a Deputy Program Manager / Project Manager over a **large aviation** contract concerning total operational functionality or Similar Military Air Wing Operation
- Knowledge of the FAR, DoD regulations, requirements, policies & procedures
- Experienced in cost & schedule estimating
- Ability to construct technical Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents and other project-related documentation

**Education**:

- Bachelors Degree

**Clearance**:

- Current / Active SECRET

**Citizenship**:

- Full United States Citizen
