**Job Overview**:
As the Environmental Engineering Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the environmental engineering department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will oversee a team of environmental engineers and technicians, provide technical guidance, and maintain relationships with clients. Your role will also involve project management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and lead the environmental engineering department, including supervising a team of engineers and technicians.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on environmental engineering projects.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, reports, and other project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits as needed.
- Keep updated with industry developments and advancements in environmental engineering.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in environmental engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in project management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
