**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a seasonally inspired menu focused on grilled and open flame specialties, using the highest quality ingredients.
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled chefs, ensuring consistent quality and execution of dishes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and budgets effectively to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager on menu development, pricing, and special events.
- Stay current with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on grill and open flame cooking.
- Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious menus that receive critical acclaim.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for food, creativity, and dedication to quality.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
