Position: Senior: Architect / Technical Department.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Study project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, bill of quantities, etc...).
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on inaccurate project design drawings with quality standards. Coordinating with other professions to resolve any conflicts between (civil, mechanical, electoral...etc).
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Update all required records. and data before being sent to the consultant for approvals.
- Set up a red dwg tag. And the drawings built at the end of the project and delivered to the project consultant.
- Preparing a method statement for all architectural elements.
- Prepare and review each bow. Materials and samples before sending them to the consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of local and international laws, regulations, requirements...etc.
- Examine and respond to each bow. Requests information on all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Solving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinating with all other departments and trades consultant.
- Experience in quantity surveying. Cost and cost analysis, bill of materials.
- Experience in construction site works particularly architectural elements.

qualifications:

- Bachelor of Architecture.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in contracting companies / technical department.
- Member of the Saudi Engineering Council (SEC).
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop. / (BIM, Revit and 3D-Max preferred.).
- english language.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Driving skills.
- solving problems.
