**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide technical expertise in the electrical design process for the Oceanarium project, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall design.
- Develop detailed electrical plans, specifications, and drawings, considering factors such as power distribution, lighting, control systems, and safety protocols.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of electrical equipment and components, conducting quality inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
- As requested, coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the successful completion of electrical infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on large-scale construction projects; experience within the aquatic industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor and develop junior engineering talent.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Proven track record of successfully in electrical design and construction efforts for complex projects, from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software tools.
