**Background, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience as Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel or
yacht.
Preferably knowledge and certificates of managerial and leadership education.
Good command of English
Good business acumen and general understanding of budget and forecast
Understanding of ordering processes and stock taking measures
Good leadership
Willingness to learn and teach
Asks questions when instructions are not clear
Responds appropriately to instructions
Follows guidelines
Calm and composed demeanor
Can work as part of a team
Assists when and where needed
Turn up to work on time, in uniform and presents well
Adhere to confidentiality in all areas
Adapt easily to last minute changes
Lead by example
Flexible with working overtime at special occasions
Great organization skills
