**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design high-quality visual content for project-related materials, including brochures, reports, signage, presentations, and social media content.
- Collaborate with project teams to create graphics that convey complex infrastructure and maintenance concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance community awareness and understanding of roads and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity for project materials in line with municipal guidelines and standards.
- Prepare and present design concepts for review, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to finalize materials.
- Ensure all visuals adhere to applicable regulations and guidelines within municipal infrastructure projects.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices to produce innovative and attractive graphic content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on municipal or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in infrastructure or community-oriented themes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, particularly in public-facing designs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data visualization and infographic design, especially related to infrastructure and civic projects.
- Familiarity with web design and user experience principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of municipal regulations and standards related to project communications.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
