Job Purpose
- Provide expertise, innovative approaches, tools, program management and consultation across all aspects of Performance and Talent Management including but not limited to design, development and implementation of staff performance planning, reviews, calibrations, improvements as well as talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, competency framework and models.
- Advise on selection and enhancement in Talent Management System (TMS) and administer it for effective implementation of the Performance and Talent Management in the Bank.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Contribute to the preparation of the Performance and Development CoC’s annual budget and work plans in line with the Bank’s strategy and HRMD Annual Work Plans (AWPs).
- Support planning, implementation and monitoring of Staff Performance Management System (SPM), including performance planning, mid-year reviews, year
- end reviews, probation and confirmation reviews, performance calibration, training staff on TMS and coaching managers throughout the cycle of SPM
- Provide technical and administrative support to facilitate implementation of talent management programs, including talent identification, assessment, development, succession planning, career and internal mobility and talent reviews to ensure availability of the talent needed by the bank all the times
- Stay abreast with the new practices in the areas of Performance and Talent Management and continuously improve the approaches, methodologies, policies, processes, and guidelines
- Participate in the selection of vendors for Performance and Talent Management projects through drafting RFPs, identifying vendors, and evaluating the proposals ensuring the choice of the provider who brings the highest value to IsDB.
- Administer the Talent Management System (TMS), implement new modules, solve related problems with vendors and internal users, to ensure effective use of and smooth functioning of the system.
- Analyze Performance and Talent Management data, convert them into management reports in the form of charts, infographics and other formats, through technical data extraction from the database to support management make informed decisions
Education Certification & Experience:
**Academic Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
**Certifications**
- Certifications from HRCI / SHRM / CIPD/ ATD are advantageous.
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources (performance management, talent management, preferably in multilateral development bank or international financial institution
