The Role
- Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports. - Creating Baseline Program and Resource Loading using Primavera P6. - Creating S-Curve & Cash Flow for better project analysis. - Prepare Manpower Histogram and Equipment Histogram using P6 - Prepare WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) using P6. - Prepare Two weeks look ahead. - Prepare Internal Plan for the company. - Generate Executive Reports for top management. - Preparing Technical Quires, RFI, in compliance with Codes and standards - Prepare studies, plans, specifications and cost estimates for projects. - Earned Value Analysis and Management. - Coordination with Cost Manager, Planning Manager under the supervision of Projects Control Manager. - Reviews and Updates on Environmental aspects of the project, in compliance with LEED requirement. - Utilization of different softwares e.g. Primavera P6, REVIT, AutoCAD, Aconex etc. - Coordination with Mechanical, Electrical design & execution teams. - Review of Design & Shop Drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience - Must be available immediately - Working knowledge of Primavera P6 - Engineering Degree - Utilization of different softwares e.g. Primavera P6, REVIT, AutoCAD, Aconex etc. - Experience with EPC Contractors
