Product Content Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Product Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content that enhances our product offerings and communicates their value to our target audience. You will work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure our product content is informative, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice and strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation and Management
- Develop high-quality content for product descriptions, user guides, FAQs, and other product-related materials.
- Create and update sales content such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and other sales and customer success collateral.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing product assets, including images, videos, and infographics.

2. Content Strategy and Planning
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that supports product launches, promotions, and ongoing product education.
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improving existing product content.
- Develop content calendars and manage the timely delivery of content across various channels.

3. Research and Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with digital team to conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

4. Quality Assurance
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure all content is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a product-focused role and SaaS environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Basic knowledge with content management systems (CMS) like Wordpress.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
