International Strategic Account Manager

**Role + Responsibilities**
- Develop long-term business relationship with the assigned accounts, in accordance with the Endress+Hauser strategy.
- Formulate and implement an account penetration strategy and plan that maximizes sales and profits for the Endress+Hauser group and work within the customer’s and Endress+Hauser’s organizations to ensure Endress+Hauser is perceived as a qualified value-added partner.
- Provide unsurpassed sales, service and support on a global basis and ensure product development efforts are focused on meeting the existing and future needs of the customer.
- Expand the business by gaining market share with the assigned accounts by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the account stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and lead communication between our global customers and Endress+Hauser’s sales, service, and production organizations.
- Negotiate global agreement with the customer and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Endress+Hauser.
- Develop a multinational sales team to assist in penetrating the account in all global regions to maximize business potential and establish a long-term partnership with the assigned account for the benefit of both companies.
- Develop individual sales targets for the accounts within the Middle East, Americas, Europe and Asia.
- Establish, grow, and maintain multi-level contacts (C-Suite-to-Site) between the customer and Endress+Hauser.
**Qualification + Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of relevant Industrial Automation experience in an International Sales / Account Management position within the Oil & Gas and/or (Petro) Chemical sector
- Experience in starting, managing and closing complex sales cycles from start to finish
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships within the Account / Ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial personality, understanding the dynamics of a global company
- International travel experience
- Strong business development skills
- Strong persuasion, influencing, negotiating skills and an exceptional communicator
- Culturally aware, sensitive to cultural differences
- Travel required: 50% domestic and international
