- **Technical Support and Consultation**:

- Provide expert technical guidance to clients regarding HVAC systems, static equipment, and associated services.
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide detailed proposals, including design specifications and system recommendations.
- **Proposal and Quote Management**:

- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Work with project management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions to clients.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the HVAC and industrial equipment sectors.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress through CRM tools.
- **After-Sales Support**:

- Ensure smooth project handover to the operations and service teams.
- Provide technical support and follow-up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential areas for repeat business.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **3-5 years** of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on **HVAC** systems, **static equipment**, or similar industries (e.g., industrial equipment, energy systems, etc.).
- Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, static equipment, and related technologies.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO, etc.).
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Experience with **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project assessments.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with **chillers, boilers, air handling units**, or other specific HVAC equipment.
- Prior experience working in an engineering consulting or solutions-based environment.
