Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Issuing the turnaround and inspection plan along with operation and specialized vendor for the gas turbine
- Carrying out pre-meeting to identify the scope of work and required standard of turbine inspection
- Freezing detailed scope of work of upcoming turbine cycle
- Following Gates process (gates 1,2 and 3) as per CMS T&I manual
- Preparing and reviewing of risk register for small T&I’s and tanks
- Following up with contractor to prepare/revise JSA and HIPs
- Following up with ALPD to review HIP and JSA
- Conducting Job-ex meeting and site visit for procuring SFC and MFC
- Supporting execution team to review and certify contract invoices
- Opening, planning and closing the T&I work orders
- Closing any procured contract after completion or extension if expired before completion
- Visiting Sites to measure/identify materials for ordering
- Identifying long lead materials
- Reviewing Technology scope submission for Maintenance activities
- Create Purchase requisitions for contracts
- Addressing any TILs highlighted by the vendor

Minimum Requirements: Should hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Testing, Commissioning and Operation of gas turbines in specific Adequate skills in condition monitoring, troubleshooting and RCA Good knowledge and understanding of the Oil and gas process
