**1. JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Testing & Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in power systems. The primary focus will be on the testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MV and LV electrical equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Testing & Commissioning of HV, MV, and LV electrical substations.
- Repairing, Maintenance, and Commissioning of:

- Power Transformers
- LV Switchgears, MV Switchgears
- Control and Protection Panels
- Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS)
- Power cables testing (Fault location, VLF, Tan Delta, etc.).
- Implementation and modification of protection schemes for all voltage levels.
- Circuit Breaker Retrofit projects.
- Analyzing power system faults and troubleshooting.
- Testing & Commissioning of Power Factor Correction (PFC) controllers.
- Testing & Commissioning of simple and advanced protection relays (e.g., Siemens, ABB, GE, SEL).
- Performing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on all types of Electrical Equipment.
- Readiness to travel to different project sites within the Kingdom as required.

**2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE**
- **Must-Have Technical Skills**:

- Extensive hands-on experience in substation testing and commissioning.
- Proven expertise in protection relay testing and configuration.
- **Years of Experience**: Senior-level experience is required.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
