Manager, Crisis

Leads and manages all activities for Crisis & Disaster Management section. Develops Crisis & Disaster Management programs, sets standards to provide a safe work environment.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Develops emergency plans in the public and private sectors according to government regulations and monitor the emergency plans of facilities.

2. Sets objectives, strategy plans, standards, and procedures for Crisis & Disaster Management section.

3. Oversees and supervises Crisis & Disaster Management programs in the Hospital.

4. Understands safety training procedures for working in contaminated and dangerous areas

5. Joins and represents Disaster and Crisis Management in related committees regarding disaster & crisis management purposes.

6. Laisses with other departments to determine action plans for disaster and crisis roles.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency/ Disaster Management, or any other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 11:
Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years in in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.
- Grade 12:

- Seven (7) years of related experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree ,including four (4) years of (Grade 11) experience is required.
