**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Payable is responsible for the administration and supervision of the operations of the Finance.
As an Accounts Payable, we rely on you to,
Posting of all food and beverage and general supplies invoices which are forwarded from the Cost Control Dept. and Receiving Office.
Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
Monitor Bank Balance.
Attending regular briefing with colleagues.
Ensuring proper accounting of all debit/credit memos.
**What we are Looking For**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in performing purchasing functions for a large company preferably a hotel.
Ability to work long hours and shifts.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
Computer Knowledge.
