**Job Title**: Procurement Officer
**Location**: Dammam, Saudi Arabia (KSA)

**Job Type**: Full-Time - 1 Year Contract
**Salary**: 4000-5000 SAR

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and schedules.
- Forecast material/equipment needs and manage inventory.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; conduct audits and performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to KSA laws, customs, and company policies (e.g., Saudization, VAT).
- Mitigate supply chain risks and resolve disputes.
- **Cost Control**:

- Analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare budgets and track procurement expenses.
- **Reporting & Collaboration**:

- Generate reports on procurement metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and logistics teams.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- **Certifications**: CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years total work experience.
- 4-5 years in procurement.
- Arabs Only.
- **Skills**:

- Expert negotiation and ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- **Fluent in Arabic and English.**
