On-site IT Trainer

**Company Description**
Upwork has partnered with an Enterprise client who is a global leader in technology transformation and seeks experienced trainers to lead a comprehensive global upskilling program for a multi-energy company. This initiative aims to train 30,000 employees worldwide on GenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
- Conduct engaging 1-day training sessions for about 10 participants.
- Ensure trainees understand and can effectively utilize GenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
- Provide thorough reporting and maintain communication with the core team.
- Collaborate with peers in the trainers' community.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and utilize available support resources.

**Location-Specific Details**:

- ** Jeddah, Al Jubail**, and **Al Khobar**:

- Looking for an individual who is based in **Jeddah** to conduct classes there and is willing to travel to Al Jubail and Al Khobar to conduct the training classes there as well

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 months of experience in live training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Bing Chat, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong grasp of AI concepts; GenAI certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Effective time management during training sessions.

**Additional Information** Schedule**:

- Engagement Start Date: 21 October 2024 (with a possible delay of 2 to 3 weeks).
- Training Delivery Start Date: 28 October 2024 (with a possible delay of 2 to 3 weeks).
- Finishing date expected end of December upon training sessions
- Trainers will conduct training 3 to 4 days a week, with 1 to 2 days for back-office tasks.
- Onsite training within respective countries, with travel monitored to minimize carbon emissions.
- Language of the sessions: Spanish & English
- Total number of trainings: 2 sessions in Jeddah, 2 sessions in Al Jubail, and 2 sessions in Al Khobar
