**Job Summary**

The Technical Manager in the IT industry is responsible for overseeing technical teams, managing IT projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and project management to drive innovation, optimize processes, and meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Team Management and Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to ensure high performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set individual and team goals, and oversee professional development.

**2. Project Management**
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time,within scope, and budget.
- Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and manage project risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define deliverables.

**3. Technology Implementation and Support**
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and industry standards.
- Provide hands-on support for critical technical issues and escalations.

**4. Innovation and Strategy**
- Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s IT strategy and roadmap.

**5. Communication and Collaboration**
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, technical challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology into broader business strategies.

**6. Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure all technical operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, systems, and projects.
- Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in programming languages, IT systems, and software development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and DevOps tools.

**Leadership and Management**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Experience in resource allocation and conflict resolution.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Analytical and decision-making abilities for troubleshooting and strategic planning.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.
