**Supply & Demand Planning Manager** with the mission to:
**A Day in the Life of a Supply & Demand Planning Manager**:
- Manage and maintain a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality of the demand and supply plans and the efficiency with which they are produced.
- Ensure continuous alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities and the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels.
- Define key performance indicators, monitor and benchmark performance with similar Nespresso Markets or Nestlé counterparts.
- Drive development and implementation of good practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure good communication towards the organization concerning Demand and Supply management
- Develop cross-functional alignment with Marketing and commercial to ensure proper planification and execution of promotional activities.
- Ensure an adequate level of flexibility of structures and processes to:
- Meet ad-hoc customer requirements or to deal with unexpected Supply Chain disruptions
- Adapt to changes in the market environment.
- Manage the relationship and the effective flow of information between DSP function and internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Procurement, Commercial (B2C, B2B, Trade), Marketing and Finance
- Manage the relationship with the HQ, Machine Partners and direct suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective replenishment.
- Implement continuous improvement program with our Machine Partners through regular meetings to review performances & improve process inspired by NCE tools;
- Set adequate measures and respective target values for service to effectively monitor the Machine Partner's performance by:
- Putting in place a structured communication through review meetings (monthly, quarterly).
- Establishing effective escalation process & conflict management.
- Managing continous improvement & Best Practices initiatives supported by NCE tools.
- Driving initiatives for opportunities to Nespresso's benefit within the relationship with the Machine Partner.
**Management Team Responsibilities**
- Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way
- Define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results
- Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment
- Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments
**People & Performance Management**
- Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
- Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
- Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
- Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
- Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism
**What will make you successful**
- At least 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning
- Held a leadership role in DSP and/or Supply Chain and/or Commercial
- Ability to work multi-task and in a fast-paced environment, using different digital tools and software.
- Languages (Arabic & English)
- Experience in an international environment and fluency in English are a plus.
