Boutique Supervisor

**Job description**
We aim to provide a **unique luxury experience to all of our customers**. To the success of the company’s strategic objectives, acquiring the best talents with relevant experience in the Luxury retail sector to represent our brand in a highly professional manner is so crucial. This role requires you to maintain the luxury environment and the brand’s highest standards, and build long-term relationships with the customers for better brand representation. This role will be located in **Riyadh** and you’ll be reporting to the Boutique Head.
- 2-3 years’ experience within the sales field with an experience in Supervisory role, watch sector will be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Good written & spoken English,
- Most importantly, good attention to detail.
- Customer focus.
- Good Leadership skills and People management.
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Support Boutique Head in supervising Boutique operations.
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Dealing with all customer questions about the products and services the company offers accurately.
- Handling customers' queries, concerns, or complaints.
- Assisting in the opening and closing of the boutique.
- Assist Boutique Head in managing Boutique’s Inventory to ensure the availability of watches, retail materials, and other stocks, the stock is clean, well-maintained, and properly organized according to the company guidelines.
- Support in implementation of visual merchandising standard as per the brand guidelines.
- Ensure the company's guidelines, policies, procedures, and instructions related to work and safety, and all Boutique’s employees are adhering to them.
- Keep cleanliness and orderliness in the boutique at all times and ensure routine housekeeping procedures are met.
- Participate in developing the Boutiques’ staff work schedules, and ensure their implementation.
The job holder will work on a shifting schedule (1 shift or 2 shifts) in the assigned Boutique. Working at nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary, also depending on the work requirement he/she may need to work in other boutiques in the same city or in any other area inside Saudi.
Boutique Manager is the communication point with other departments
Providing solutions and recommendations, if applicable.
Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
