**Job Requirments**:

- Jordanian/ Lebanese Board/FCPS or equivialnt in Specialty.
- 2-4 years of experience in specialty
- Dataflow & SCFHS license is a must
- transferable Iqama is preferred.
- Diagnosing and treating life-threatening medical conditions in critically ill children.
- Monitoring the progress of their patients and adjusting their treatment plans as needed.
- Managing mechanical ventilation, ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation), and other life support measures for patients.
- Collaborating with other physicians to meet the needs of the patient.
- Working closely with the paediatric ICU team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists.
- Educating families about the patient's condition and treatment plan.
- Supervising and training residents and other medical professionals.
- Documenting patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date on advances in paediatric critical care medicine.
