Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist - Integration to join our growing team. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth integration of various systems and processes that support our ambitious projects and operational objectives. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between teams and systems, enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and provide functional and technical support.
- Develop integration solutions using best practices and in accordance with industry standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, proactively resolving them to minimize disruptions.
- Document integration processes, data flows, and system interactions to maintain clear records.
- Support testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Work in coordination with IT teams to ensure the compatibility and security of integrated systems.
- Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends to propose improvements where necessary.
- Provide training and support to team members on new integration processes and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in system integration, software development, or a related area.
- Proficiency with integration tools and frameworks, such as APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of database management and data integration concepts.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the entertainment or leisure industry is an advantage.
