**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design concepts with engineering, construction, and business development efforts

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative environment
- Exceptional creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Experience in sustainable design practices and knowledge of industry regulations are highly desirable
