Our headquarters in Jeddah is the hub of our operations, and we are looking for a highly motivated **Supply Chain Manager** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations at our Jeddah headquarters. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless management of logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationships while coordinating a team responsible for delivery and store management across Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Chain Management**: Manage the entire supply chain process from order procurement to product delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
- **Supplier Relations**: Maintain strong relationships with over 30 suppliers from around the world, negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth communication for product availability and order fulfillment.
- **Logistics & Transport Coordination**: Oversee logistics operations, working closely with local and international transportation providers to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of medical products.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of 5 supply chain professionals across Saudi Arabia, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight to ensure high productivity.
- **Inventory & Store Management**: Ensure optimal inventory levels and maintain an organized warehouse to support operations. Monitor stock movements and ensure accurate records are maintained for all incoming and outgoing products.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes for greater efficiency, cost reduction, and timely deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation companies, and international shipping regulations.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers globally.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation processes.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
