Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership
- Lead the finance function for KSA operations, ensuring alignment with Group financial
- strategy.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior
- management.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture initiatives in the region. Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple projects.
- Monitor project and company-wide profitability, cash flow, and cost management.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Ensure timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
- statements.
- Manage treasury, banking relationships, and funding requirements. Compliance & Market Knowledge
- Ensure compliance with KSA financial regulations, VAT, Zakat, and labor-related financial
- laws.
- Maintain strong knowledge of regional market practices, banking systems, and
- regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and corporate governance
- policies. Risk & Investment Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with projects and operations.
- Advise on investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and funding strategies.
- Implement financial KPIs to monitor and improve operational efficiency. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / prefer Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience GCC with at least 10 years in KSA and experience in KSA market preferred.
- Proven experience in senior/executive-level finance roles, ideally in construction, fit-out, or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of KSA and taxation, VAT, Zakat, and labor-related financial laws.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and project cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP systems and financial software.
