**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Manage resource planning, allocation, and forecasting to ensure optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, including earned value management (EVM), for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Oversee planning and scheduling audits to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior planning engineers and other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the entertainment, construction, or leisure industries.
- Proven experience working on large-scale, complex projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project management software.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in managing project risks, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
