**Job Description** The role**:
The HR Advisor will be responsible for advising on and carrying out the day-to-day HR operations in a timely and professional manner. Regular communication with internal stakeholders is required to ensure adherence to governance and control around HR issues.

To comply with the Saudization law in the KSA, Turner and Townsend is looking for young, ambitious and career driven KSA nationals to join our fast-growing business and develop their career.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Labor law and company policy.
- Manage and guide the resolution of complex cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
- Conduct investigations and prepare relevant documentation, ensuring fairness and consistency throughout all processes.
- Support the full employee lifecycle — including onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance or payroll team.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience in HR strongly preferred.
- Regional experience with professional consultancy is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Adapt well to changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot possible errors and escalate concerns or queries to the relevant people.
- Experience with HR systems is preferred.
