**Context**:
SYSTRA currently seeks an experienced Mobilisation & Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless mobilization and onboarding experience for all new joiners to the Company.

**Main duties**:

- Act as the single point of contact for all new hires from the moment they sign their employment offer until after they've joined the business and settled into their new role.
- Coordinate handover with TA team, gather all relevant info.
- Assist the new joiner with all necessary document attestation processes in their home country. Coordinate with local agencies to assist, where necessary. Explain thoroughly the visa process in the relevant country into which they are being hired.
- Coordinate with PRO team for all labour contract submissions & coordination.
- Confirm joining date with new hires, update relevant HR and Hiring Manager personnel.
- Coordinate with IT team to ensure timely ordering and setup of IT equipment, mobile phone etc.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with Logistics team, ensure accommodation is arranged, airport transfers etc.
- Update HR Department with joining information of new hire, ensure correct cost-centre, location, Line Manager etc. is received.
- Ensure 'Day 1' readiness in terms of logistics, induction, meet & greets, office/site tours etc.
- Coordinate with GR team to ensure visa, medical and ID processes are arranged.
- Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to the new joiner, helping them get settled as fast as possible.

**Degrees**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources

**Other degrees**:
**Technical skills**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar field.
- At least 5 years progressive work experience in end-to-end recruitment & mobilization in a multinational &/or agency environment in KSA.
- Preferably have industry experience in construction, engineering or professional services.
- Excellent working knowledge of KSA labour law & practices.

- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Organized and has high attention to details
