A leading construction consultancy based in Riyadh, specializing in providing expert advisory services to the construction industry are looking for an experience Risk Manager to join their team.

**Role Overview**: The Risk Manager will lead the development and execution of risk management strategies tailored to the construction projects we consult on. Your expertise in risk assessment, coupled with consulting experience, will be pivotal in guiding their clients through potential risks and ensuring projects are delivered with minimized uncertainty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Risk Assessment**: Collaborate with project teams to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with construction projects. Analyze project documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements to determine areas of risk exposure.
- **Risk Mitigation Strategies**: Develop risk mitigation strategies, including recommending control measures, contingency plans, and risk transfer mechanisms. Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- **Consulting Expertise**: Utilize your consulting background to provide strategic risk management advice to clients. Assist in identifying and evaluating project risks that align with clients' goals and requirements.
- **Risk Workshops**: Facilitate risk workshops and meetings with project teams and clients to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks. Collaborate on risk identification and mitigation plans.
- **Risk Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports and present findings to project teams and clients. Communicate risk impacts, potential scenarios, and recommended actions clearly and effectively.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management strategies and actions.
- **Project Integration**: Integrate risk management activities seamlessly into project planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Ensure that risk mitigation is an integral part of project decision-making processes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously refine risk management processes, methodologies, and tools based on lessons learned from previous projects and industry best practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management within the construction industry.
- GCC experience required
- Proven experience in consulting on construction projects, understanding client needs and project dynamics.
- Solid knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, risk management principles, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia.
