Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Receptionist Sales position in Jeddah. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with clients, and excels in both administrative and sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Perform front-desk operations, clerical tasks, and document management.
- Assist the sales team by addressing customer inquiries and providing information about company services. Maintain records, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities.
- Support promotional and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills (Fluent in Arabic & English).
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and general clerical tasks.
- Customer service expertise with a proactive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
