Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Visa & Legal Compliance**:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of work permits, residency visas, and other legal documentation for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations in the Middle East.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors to ensure timely processing and renewal of work visas and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for employee visa status, ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant.
- ** HR Support**:
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Support employees with queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist in the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support in the preparation of HR reports and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with payroll data collection and ensure timely communication with payroll teams.
- ** Workday & Data Management**:
- Utilize Workday to update and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure that all HR data in Workday is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
- Use Excel for reporting and analysis of HR data as required.
- ** General HR Assistance**:
- Provide general administrative support for HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing employee files, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Help facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related projects as required.
- ** Communication & Collaboration**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, offering excellent customer service and assistance.- Collaborate closely with HR team members, management, and external partners to ensure seamless HR operations.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR administration experience, preferably within the Middle East region.
- Proven experience in managing visa and legal compliance processes for employees.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR management software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- ** Skills**:
- Knowledge of labor laws and immigration regulations in the Middle East.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
**Working Conditions**:
