We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Admin Assistant/ Receptionist to join our established and growing team in Saudi Arabia.
Admin Assistant/ Receptionist for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is a people related support function and the primary point of contact for new, current, and exiting company visitors and suppliers in relation to their matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, and monitoring logbook.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception and i office area by supervising the compliance of cleaning personnel’s with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Good working knowledge of Excel/Word/MS Office
- Strong organisational skills being able to manage a varied workload ensuring deadlines are met
- Strong customer service and communications skills
- Previous experience of working as a Admin Assistant/ Receptionist with excellent accuracy and attention to detail - demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English - Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance - Excellent interpersonal skills - Punctual with strong attendance history
