**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Civil Inspector, with a focus on civil infrastructure construction projects.
- Thorough understanding of civil construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
