**Job Title: Chef for Marine Security Guards**

**Job Location**: U.S. Embassy Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Job Type**: Full-time, One-Year Contract (with Two-Year Options)

**Responsibilities**:
As a Chef for Marine Security Guards, you will be the culinary lead responsible for providing food services to the U.S. Marine Security Guards at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) within the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh. Your primary responsibilities include:
**Daily Cooking and Serving**:

- Plan and execute daily meals for 8 U.S. Marine security personnel, ensuring a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Sunday-Thursday).
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure all meals are prepared, cooked, and served within specified time frames:

- Breakfast: 7:00 am to 9:30 am
- Lunch: 11:00 am to 1:30 pm
- Dinner: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

**Kitchen and Dining Area Maintenance**:

- Thoroughly clean the kitchen, dishes, and appliances after each meal.
- Minimize disruption to the normal operation of the facility during cleaning activities.
- Adhere to schedules determined by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

**Security Emphasis**:

- Strictly adhere to security requirements, especially in areas requiring an escort during scheduled times.
- Prevent accidental security violations through strict compliance with guidelines.

**Key Personnel**:

- Title: Chef for Marine Security Guards
- Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing food services operations.
- Demonstrated experience in premium-level food and service execution.
- Clearance Level: None

**Uniform and Conduct Standards**:

- Wear clean, neat, and complete uniforms/appropriate attire approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Enforce a standard of conduct, ensuring employees do not engage in disorderly conduct, neglect of duties, or possession of intoxicants while on duty.

**Safety and Security**:

- Ensure all employees are supplied with and use proper safety personal protective equipment (PPE) such as aprons and potholders.
- Enforce safety work procedures to protect both Contractor employees and U.S. Government personnel.
