As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day transportation, fleet management, and delivery operations to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective services for our expanding client base. With your expertise in the Saudi Arabian trucking industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategies and processes to meet the unique market demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the optimization of our transportation network, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and dispatch management to maximize fleet utilization and on-time deliveries
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of our truck fleet to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing trucking operations in KSA
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving logistics needs and tailor our services accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to align operations with the company's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill our driving team and enhance their productivity and safety awareness
- Contribute to the development of innovative logistics solutions and technologies to strengthen our competitive edge
- Provide insightful reports and recommendations to the executive leadership team to support data-driven decision-making

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in transportation or logistics operations management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficient in utilizing transportation management software, data analytics tools, and digital technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and mentor a high-performing team

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
