Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Risk Manager**to join our team In this role you will get to **define the ICT Sector Risk Management strategy and implementation.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develop and implement the program risk management plan s.
- Develop Standard operating procedures for the risk management of the program and ensure that QIP delivers operational consistency across the program.
- Provide outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Lead forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all risk management among our team.
- Responsible for risk management of all external and third-party approvals.
- Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.
- Report risk management issues to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director and develops appropriate recommendations/ resolutions/ mitigations as necessary.
- Assign work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
- Interview and select personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintain clear and concise work standards and goals; provide training and development; complete performance evaluations, conduct employee counselling, take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- 4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 1 0 years of related experience in risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment.
- Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Strong organization and follow through abilities.
