**Who we're looking for**:
We are looking for a Junior Art Director to join our team and assist in developing campaigns' concepts. As a Junior Art Director, you will work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and create visual concepts that fit clients' needs.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist the creative team in developing the visual appearance of campaigns.
- Brainstorm ideas with the creative team and assist in creating and developing concepts.
- Provide creative ideas that fit clients' needs.
- Conduct basic research to stay up-to-date with the latest communication trends.
- Develop an understanding of clients' businesses, brands, and consumers.
- Coordinate with production to ensure the feasibility of ideas.
- Work with the art director and account managers to establish appropriate creative direction.
- Stay abreast of new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into campaigns.
- Work with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights.

**What you'll need**:

- BA/BS in Advertising Design, Graphic Design, or a similar major is a must.
- Computer skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Flash animation, and Director are pluses.
- Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates versatility.
- Team player.
- Creative integrity.
- Time management skills.
- Reliability and communication skills.
- Photographic skills.
- The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients.
- The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations.
- An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms.
