We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh for a high-profile urban development and public realm project, which may include sports facilities, public infrastructure, and landscape elements. The role will involve overseeing the entire construction phase of the project, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Lead and manage the site construction activities across all phases of the project.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.
- Manage and monitor construction schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
- Review contractor and subcontractor work for quality assurance and adherence to deadlines.
- Chair and participate in construction progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and the client.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are maintained at all times.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Director and senior leadership.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale urban development, sports facility, or public realm projects.
- Prior experience working in a Project Management Consultant (PMC) capacity is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with international standards and local Saudi building codes and regulations.
