**Basic Function**:
**Scope**:
**Principal Contacts**:
JHAH Team Lead, Team members, and JHAH Employees.

**Principal Duties**:

- Collect user requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of work and proper documentation is developed facilitating the system maintenance and support activities;
- Follow SDLC development methodology;
- Determine system implementation approach and operational concepts;
- Design, develop, and test new and current SAP solutions;
- Develop project scope, hardware, software requirements;
- Execute projects and track progress; and
- Ensure data integrity and be able to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensure system’s security.

**Education**:

- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Computing / IT Field.
- Master’s Degree preferred in related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing and implementation;
- Ability to develop project proposals, plan and deliverables;
- Able to conduct User Acceptance testing;
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is desirable;
- Project management skills are required; and

**Certifications/Other requirements as applicable**:

- SAP certification is desirable;
- Knowledge of Healthcare environment is desirable;
- Knowledge of presentation tools like Visio, Power Point is required;
- Presentation skills are necessary; and
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
