- Address any disciplinary issues promptly and effectively.

**2. Electrical System Diagnosis and Repair**
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in various automotive systems, including lighting, ignition, engine management, and electronic components.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical problems accurately.
- Develop and implement effective repair strategies to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in automotive electrical systems.

**3. Quality Control and Assurance**
- Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to verify quality and functionality.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and rework.
- Address any quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic findings.

- Collaborate with service advisors and other departments to address customer concerns and requests.

- **Qualifications**_
- Proven experience as an automotive electrician or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Certification or formal training in automotive electrical systems is preferred.
- Must be currently in Saudi Arabia with TRANSFERRABLE IQAMA and willing to relocate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Salary**: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
