The purpose and scope of this role is to ensure the BU delivers the AOP metrices through planning and supplying the right product to the right location at the right time. SC Manager will be leading MRP, DP and P&D to sustain BIC demand compliance along with high forecast accuracy across all channels and markets. **Accountabilities** Planning production and deployment to timely fulfill all market requirements, while optimizing production cycles, to increase efficiency, achieve FG inventories and freshness target: Getting the right product mix in the right place at the right time. - Track shipment versus forecast (Forecast accuracy %). - Lead Demand compliance per location, channel and market. - Communicate 3 months rolling forecast with GP for materials planning purposes. - Issue production plans and coordinate change of plans between GP, production and warehouse. - Track actual vs. plan for production (Production Compliance %). - Issue monthly finished product analysis and plans for remnant stocks to maintain agreed freshness rate. - Plan for product launches; line upgrades and minor/major shutdowns. - Manage, coach and develop supervisors to be highly professional and results-oriented. Identify and deliver their training needs and development plans.
