**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) as per project specifications.
- Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and change orders.
- Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, project requirements, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders for cost-related matters.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Monitor progress payments, valuations, and financial forecasting.
- Assist in dispute resolution and support claims preparation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for cost control and auditing purposes.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local Saudi regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or other QS software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
