We are seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this role you will be working closely with the marketing, product & packaging development and sales teams to create visually appealing & effective designs that resonate with our target audience.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including packaging, shopper marketing, e-Commerce and brand activation content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
- Maintain repository of all packaging and creative content to ensure efficient handling, sharing and storage for future usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

To succeed in this role you will need:

- A strong passion for design
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual content.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of packaging development & printing process.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
