We are currently seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Project Control. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project control process, ensuring that all projects are meticulously planned, executed, and monitored for cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across multiple projects and departments, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence within the project controls team. You will collaborate closely with senior management to deliver strategic insights that underpin project success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee the implementation of robust project control frameworks and standards.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes for multiple projects, ensuring they align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor ongoing projects for compliance with established budgets and timelines, providing expert analysis on variances.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive project performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices in project controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a team of project control professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and skill advancement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technology in project management and controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project controls and management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in project controls, with a significant focus on large-scale construction or development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project control teams.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management techniques
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in the Middle East construction landscape is advantageous.
