**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and enhance the technical policies, standards, and guidelines pertaining to Engineering Services and Facilities Management (such as design, engineering, construction, risk assessment, quantity surveying, health and safety, sustainability, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Facilities Management).
- Collaborate with the Engineering Services Director and Facilities Management Director, alongside Section Heads, to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Engage with industry bodies to incorporate the latest methodologies in Engineering and Facilities Management Services.
- Examine government guidelines on safety, environmental concerns, and sustainability practices to ensure adherence.
- Evaluate international guidelines relevant to design, engineering, and Facilities Management for infrastructure and facilities, adapting necessary rules and regulations.
- Regularly update the Engineering Services and Facilities Management Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.
- Communicate updates to the F&E team about changes to Engineering and FM Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities to ensure standards remain current.
- Propose updates to the policies and standards for Infrastructure Board approval.
- Serve as the custodian of developed standards and specifications.
- Monitor compliance with Engineering and Facilities Management Policies, Guidelines, and Standards.
- Maintain records of professional membership requirements and verify compliance related to continuous professional development.
- Conduct design reviews at various project stages (30%, 60%, & 90% completion) to ensure compliance with established standards.

**Requirements**:
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the development and implementation of organizational policies and standards.
