Clinical Care

Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs related to clinical care, occupational health, and emergency services.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of healthcare-associated infections.
- Implement safety measures to protect patients, staff, and visitors from accidents and injuries.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards in the healthcare environment.
- Pursue ongoing education and training to stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development through workshops, seminars, and certifications.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications required for the position.

**Skills**:

- Current and valid SCFHS nursing license
- Minimum 2 Years, preferably in industrial setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience as a nurse in a clinical, occupational health, or emergency care setting.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing practices, occupational health regulations, and emergency care protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software.
