**The project**:
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

**Job Summary**:
**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Distributes and manages deliverables through direct /indirect reports.
- Develops & maintains a series of both internal and external relationships.
- Manages & influences Key/Senior stakeholders.
- Provides design and manage the developing design as per contract requirements.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements.
- Collaborates with the wider design disciplines and client personnel.
- Reports on progress to relevant parties.
- Attends/participates in client meetings and design workshops as necessary.
- Governs direct reports work outputs to ensure it is timely, in scope and of a quality expected.
- Provides mentoring/training to members of the team.
- Shares technical/functional/domain expertise to upskill capabilities.
- Supports in bidding with the wider team where required.
- Engages with business improvement directives where applicable.
- Implements training plans for team/s.
- Leads business improvement working groups to deliver outcomes.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience and a master's degree in urban planning, urban design, or a related field are required.
- Previous experience of working within a multicultural environment on a large programme.
- Relevant industry qualification (or equivalent).
