In this key role, you will be responsible for leading cost analysis and business planning efforts that are vital to the financial performance of our projects.

The Senior Specialist will focus on cost management, forecasting, and budgeting processes while providing strategic insights that guide financial decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of cost management strategies to optimize financial performance across projects.
- Conduct thorough cost analyses to support business planning, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and actionable.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets, collaborating with project managers to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor project expenditures, providing insights into cost variances and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and enhance the business planning process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cost management and financial planning to enhance departmental effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or business planning, preferably within the construction, real estate, or entertainment sectors
- Strong expertise in cost management and financial forecasting techniques
- Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to extract actionable insights from financial data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is advantageous
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
