Serves as a leader to a small team in performing the landscape activities.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Leads a small team of lower graded personnel in performing given task.

2. Receives job directions from the Supervisor or from the Team Leader.

3. Performs plant propagations.

4. Performs hand watering, hand weeding, cleaning, trimming, pruning and other general landscape activities.

5. Performs transplantations of plants.

7. Performs potting and mixing different types of soil mixture.

8. Performs preparations of potted outdoor plants to be used at the hospital complexes for plants change -out and work requests.

9. Assists in preparations of different types of reports.

10. Solves immediate operational problems as they arise.

11. Train and guide lower grade personnel.

12. Follows all prescribed Hospital and departmental safety and other procedures.

13. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

14. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

**Education**:
Agriculture Diploma is required. Or High School Education is required.

**Experience Required**:
No experience is required with Agriculture Diploma.

Two (2) years' experience is required with High School Education.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Driver's License — A driver's license from country of origin is necessary to obtain a Saudi Driver's License.
